My husband and I were very glad that we chose Busse Group Real Estate. Very professional and great guidance. We sold our house within 6 days for the price we wanted. Could not have done it without them. Their approach of selling the house (photography and marketing) was a lot more was a lot more advanced than other realtors we contacted.

They took a house that needed a certain kind of buyer and got it sold under very difficult market circumstances. Their attention to detail is amazing. . . . .hours spent photographing our home from every angle and under every kind of light, with staging and marketing to match. We really can't say enough good about Jan, Roy, Mary Jo, Nicole and Kris who all worked tirelessly for us and were responsive to us in a very timely manner whenever we needed them. In fact, every member of the team treated us as if we had a $500 million mansion to sell!! They really know their real estate market and how to communicate that to their clients. When it came to selling our home, the choice was easy.  The Busse Group's online presence and fantastic pictures were a clear indication of how well they understood what today's home buyer is looking for.  Throughout the process, the team advocated for us, gave sound advice and were never pushy with regards to timing, decision making, etc. but rather laid out all the possible options, benefits/consequences and left the final decision up to us.  They were supportive and caring.  We ended up selling in less than a week for over asking price!  We only wish we had more homes to sell with them! Additionally, they helped us find a fantastic realtor in another part of Texas where we were moving to.  Overall, I would highly recommend them to all our friends and family.  We have no regrets about choosing to work with the Busse Group and would choose them one thousand times over.

This review is long overdue but it's important to me and my family members that the Busse Group receive the highest praise for their consummate real estate representation for our sale. The fact is that this process can be stressful all by itself. Add the fact that the sellers are 90 years young and three hours from my help. With that being said, it felt like Jan and her team were family. They were able to list and sell this property for significantly more than another agent's comparable numbers came in at. I believe it is because they know their market intimately and tell the story with their marketing efforts. I only wish I could add another star. Thank you so much!
